Decorations will be shipped within 7 business days of purchase date.

Engraving is filled with a specialised coloured wax which can look semi sheer with direct light behind a clear glass object in certain directions. Engraving colour may fade over time if handled repeatedly - avoid rubbing with hands as the oils can fade the colour application. Engraving is a permanent finish. 

All orders are final please double check your specifications and personalising before placing order. Once your order is placed it cannot be altered or refunded. All personalisation is limited to no more than 2 words including dates (numerical dates or year will count as one word)
