  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.

  • We accept payment through Shopify Payments, PayPal, Credit Card

5. Shipping, Duties & Taxes

  • We ship orders worldwide where possible. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees applicable in their country. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs, postal services, or courier companies.

6. Refunds & Returns

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges based on dissatisfaction with artistic style, design choices, or aesthetic preference. Please see our Artistic Release policy for details.

  • Refunds may only be issued in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled products, at our sole discretion.

  • To be eligible for a return (if applicable), customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order.
