Refund policy

 

Calligraphy en Vogue will offer returns based on the Australian Consumer Law.

If your product is deemed faulty by way of manufacturer fault 

you are entitled to request a repair, replacement or refund. 

 If incorrect details to what was supplied to the studio (in regards a spelling or colour error) you are entitled to request a replacement item as per your original order with no changes and no cost to the customer.

Due to the fragile nature of crystal products, breakages will not be deemed a manufacturers fault and are not eligible for a refund.  


Before granting a refund it will need to be determined by either photographic evidence or returning of the product (at the studios discretion) and approved by the studio that there is an error or fault in your product. Please email jo@calligraphyenvogue.com within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund

Change of mind refund/return.
Due to the custom made nature of the products produced by the studio, no refunds or cancellations will be issued based on the change of mind or incorrect order. Once an order is paid for you cannot request a refund, change in order or cancellation. 

Customers are required to provide all necessary details for the personalisation at the time of purchase. Failing to provide details will not be grounds to request a refund and products will be shipped without personalisation. 

Requesting personalisation that is not within the scope of the designs offered and word count limits will not be grounds to request a refund and a suitable personalisation will need to be supplied to the studio within 7 days of when the studio contacts you to let you know your personalisation is not suitable. 

Calligraphy en Vogue takes no responsibility for lost or stolen items once they have left the studio. Tracking will be supplied to the customer once the order has been placed and Calligraphy en Vogue will not be held liable for lost or stolen items.

It is the customers responsibility to lodge an investigation with the postal provider regarding lost, damaged or stolen items.  

Custom engraving products is an in studio application. 

Calligraphy en Vogue accepts no responsibility or liability for items sent in for engraving or personalised calligraphy in the following situations. 

A. Items that are sent into the studio that do not arrive. Customer accepts that by choosing to send in products to our studio directly from online stores/shopping we accept no liability for items that do not arrive, are left out for collection and go missing or taken to another location. We will not compensate for the loss or product or provide a refund. Customer is welcome to resend in new items to the studio for engraving 

B. Items that are sent into the studio for custom engraving, calligraphy en vogue accepts no liability for items once they leave the studio by our shipping method Australia post whether it is local or international shipping. Calligraphy en Vogue will not refund any services on the basis of lost or stolen items once they are shipped with their provided tracking number. Calligraphy en Vogue will not replace or compensate for purchased items that have been provided to the studio if they are lost or stolen once they have been shipped. 

Breakages - If your item is broken or incorrectly engraved on a custom supplied item, Calligraphy en Vogue will replace the item at no cost to the customer on the basis there is an available and viable option for replacement. If there is no available option for replacement the customer will have the option to choose another product to have engraved at the same price of the original product. Customer will be asked to provide proof of purchase of the original item to confirm the original cost of goods. 

Artistic Release
Many of our products are designed with artistic, handcrafted, or creative elements. By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge that artistic interpretation is subjective, and variations in colour, texture, or aesthetic are a natural part of the creative process.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be granted based on personal preference or dissatisfaction with the artistic style, design choices, or overall aesthetic of the product. Each item is created and presented with care, and we make every effort to provide accurate photos and descriptions. Please email the studio before placing an order if you do not see your design represented in the images. 

By completing your purchase, you agree to this artistic release and accept that your order may not be eligible for a refund on the basis of design or appearance.
