Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to ship. All personalisation much be supplied at the time of purchase.

Engraving is filled with a specialised coloured wax which can look semi sheer with direct light behind a clear glass object in certain directions. Engraving colour may fade over time if handled repeatedly - avoid rubbing with hands as the oils can fade the colour application. Engraving is a permanent finish. 

All orders are final please double check your specifications and personalising before placing order. Once your order is placed it cannot be altered or refunded. All personalisation is limited to the wording limits outlined in the product description

no other symbols or designs will be accepted outside of alphabetical letters or numbers. All caps will not be accepted and will be done in lowercase with a capital letter automatically. 

Each ornament is individually hand engraved and will vary from product to product and from the images shown. Images are to serve as an example only.
