Things to note about your purchase 

* Each and every heart will be completely unique in its design and will be created to the artists discretion. Wording look and size will vary depending on the amount of words to be written. Calligraphy style will be a mixture of signature modern and Parisian Style. Dissatisfaction with the look of the writing will not be grounds to request a refund. Customisation will be done as supplied on your form after check out. 

Note - the heart sits leaning to the right in the box - we consider straight to be the point of the heart pointing directly downwards and all writing will be aligned to this specification.

*If you have had a name design previously created by Calligraphy en Vogue we can recreate this design for your heart and there will be an option in the form. 

* All calligraphy engraving is done by hand and filled with a silver engraving wax to give a beautiful contrast to the writing on your heart. As it is engraved by hand and the product is crystal there can be tiny amounts of light leakage that can be visible through the engraving at certain angles. This is not a design flaw but part of the hand made nature of the product. 

* Production dates will begin from when your signed and completed form is submitted to the studio. It is your responsibility to ensure you complete on time to have the item shipped to you within the time frame.
