All names to be engraved must be supplied at the time of booking, not for engraving to be completed at a later date. Items without a name associated will be shipped blank. Please email the studio if you have any questions jo@calligraphyenvogue.com

Engraving is filled with a specialised coloured wax which can look semi sheer with direct light behind a clear glass object in certain directions. Engraving colour may fade over time if handled repeatedly - avoid rubbing with hands as the oils can fade the colour application. Engraving is a permanent finish. 

All orders are final please double check your specifications and personalising before placing order. Once your order is placed it cannot be altered or refunded. All personalisation is limited to no more than 2 words including dates (numerical dates or year will count as one word)

You have the option to add an additional year Charm "2025" so your heirloom will have the date. This can be found in the Christmas section of our store and will be added to your ornament if purchased together with your ornament purchase.

Year charms are not included in the purchase and are to be purchased seperate.
