Things to note
- Once you complete check out a form will be emailed to you instantly for you to fill in your desired writing and format
- Work cannot start on your project until your form is completed. Delay in finalising your details will result in a delay in shipping your letter
- Character limit is strictly 140 characters including title and sign off. If you require something longer please get in touch with the studio via our contact page for a custom quote.
- Once an order is placed due to the handmade nature of the product refunds or returns will not be issued
- In order to ensure your letter arrives before Valentine's Day all orders must be place no later than 8th Feb, 2023 (any orders placed after this date may not arrive in times for Valentine's Day)
- No draft copies will be created for approval. Design will vary based on length of wording and at the discretion of the artist in terms of design. Images in the listing are a guide to the style of work and are not exactly replicated. The less wording generally speaking the larger the style of writing as shown in the two examples.
